- くにはかせ【国博士】〔「くにのはかせ」とも〕(1)大化の改新の際， 僧旻(ミン)・高向玄理(タカムコノクロマロ)に与えられた政治顧問としての官名。(2)律令制下， 諸国に一名ずつおかれた国学の教官。 国内もしくは近国から選ぶのを原則としたが， 中央から大学生などを派遣する場合が多かった。
